Theory Training
The trainer guides trainees through a comprehensive and interactive review in the theory training. The operator workbook is studied that covers all relevant regulations. Theory Evaluation
The Theory Evaluation begins with a written exam based upon the concepts included in the operator's reference handbook. These graded are graded and returned to the trainees. The exams are then reviewed to ensure understanding and a minimum score of 70% is needed in order to pass this part of the training.
Practical Training
The hands-on portion of the course is included in the practical training. Here, those training are shown the safe operating procedures, the parking and shutdown procedures and the pre-use check procedures. Each one training has the chance to operate the machine and practice the skills they learned during Theory Training under the helpful eye of the program trainer in a setting which is safety controlled.
Practical Evaluation
The Practical Evaluation is where the trainees are evaluated to assure they have reached a minimum level of skill. The ones training are then evaluated on an individual basis using the equipment in a reasonably challenging course environment. After the assessment is done, the trainees are de-briefed and given the opportunity to deal with whatever issues they might have about whatever portion of the program. Every employer of a successful trainee would be sent the official records and documents immediately after the course has been finished.
